Starry Mesa Nights is situated in the popular and family friendly Las Sendas community with amazing amenities that include the Las Sendas Public Golf Course, a pro shop, club dining, 2 pools (one heated), spa, basketball and volleyball courts, and more. Our guests are welcome at many of the Las Sendas facilities. There are 2 bikes at our home for guests to use to tour the community and beyond.
Las Sendas is centrally located in Mesa with golf courses in all directions, hiking and biking trails, water sports, museums, art galleries, music venues, restaurants and unique shopping boutiques. The Chicago Cubs spring training at Sloan Park, Usery Mountain Regional Park and the Salt River in Tonto National Forest are a short commute from the neighborhood. Shoppers can spend hours exploring the distinctive Mesa Market Place Swap Meet. Tempe Town Lake, the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert and Old Town Scottsdale are easy to access on our modern highway system.
~ Comfortable Living Spaces ~
Our 3 BR, 2 BA single story home has an open floor plan that features arched doorways, vaulted ceilings and large shuttered windows. Comfortable seating, a recliner chair and TV invite guests to gather in the great room to cheer on a favorite college team or binge watch a beloved series. The corner table is an ideal space for remote work. The great room opens into the well stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and table seating for four. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast.
The bedroom floor plan is split. All bedrooms have TVs!
The primary suite has a king bed, large TV, ceiling fan and generous view of the backyard. The primary bath features dual vanity sinks, a divine garden tub and a separate walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a king bed with a Westin spring mattress, TV and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has 2 twin, adjustable electric beds with massages. The second bath has a tub/shower combination.
The laundry room is stocked with a brand new washer and dryer and laundry detergent. The garage has space for 2 vehicles, clubs and other recreational gear. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
~ Warm and Sunny Arizona ~
Step out the back door to enjoy the covered porch with dining furniture and gas grill. A propane fire pit will be your favorite hangout for sharing your best golf and campfire tales. Reclining chairs and a corn hole game are additional fun choices. Beyond the enclosed yard is a green space that provides a corridor for wildlife. Nature enthusiasts may sight bobcats, javelinas, Quail or Roadrunners passing through.
The home's floor plan and setting are ideal for retired couples or families who seek a cozy retreat in a centrally located and quiet neighborhood. Families who enjoy active living will especially appreciate this vacation home and amenity-rich community!
~ Reservation Notes ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement’s guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
