Picture This features a backyard oasis unrivaled in amenities. The lagoon pool has optional heating for year round dips on sunny days. The pool heating fee is $70.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. A large covered patio has gas grills, a beverage fridge, patio TV, gas fire pit, built in bar, putting green, corn hole and horse shoe games. Enjoy the activities surrounded by the most magnificent sunset, mountain and city views. No kidding, the views are by far the most picturesque in Mesa! 

~ Extravagant Living ~
Our 4200+ square foot, 2 story home, has 7 bedrooms and sleeps 12. The home features a plush and comfortable great room with a gas fireplace. The great room transitions into the well stocked kitchen where there is bar and table seating with divine mountain, city and sunset views. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. A dedicated game room offers choices in competition: pool, Blackjack, foosball or shuffleboard. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs are available to rent.

~ Sweet Dreams in Paradise ~
The bedroom floor plan is split with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs. ALL 7 bedrooms have king beds, ceiling fans and TVs. There are 4 full baths, 2 on each floor.

The spacious primary suite is upstairs and includes an en suite bath with a garden tub, separate shower, fireplace and walk-in closet. Sitting areas and a private balcony offer the most impressive of views.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs. Bedroom 2 has 2 king beds. Bedroom 3 doubles as a theater room with a large screen and black-out curtains plus a king bed. Bedroom 4 is upstairs and has access to a private balcony with gorgeous views. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. A hair dryer and soap are provided.

Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 are on the ground floor. Bedrooms 5 and 6 have 2 king beds each. Bedroom 5 has a private door to Bathroom 3. There is a Jack and Jill style bath between Bedrooms 6 and 7. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

A large and well stocked laundry room provides a way to keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Laundry detergent is stocked. Also included in our exclusive package is 2 bikes and a 2 car garage. WOW!

Resort amenities in the community include heated and unheated pools, basketball & volleyball courts, parks, baseball and soccer fields, hiking & biking trails and a community fitness club with spa services. The area is rich with golf courses and there are 8 courses within 10 miles of the community.

The highway system for visiting Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe and beyond is a quick and easy drive from the neighborhood. Exciting choices in hiking and biking trails, water recreation, shopping and multicultural dining are just minutes away.

Due to highly sensitive neighbors, we only rent to guests who are exceptionally quiet in their activities. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns regarding this policy.

This home only rents for 31 nights or longer.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted at this home! This is strictly enforced. The owner lives nearby and carefully monitors the home. Guests who violate any policies may have their utilities turned off until the police have cleared the home. Violation of this rule will also result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest forfeits all monies paid, including rent, cleaning fees and deposits.

~ Reservation Notes ~
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. The owner lives nearby and monitors the property. 

The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
 
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement’s guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 12 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of twelve (12).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

This home does not rent for less than 31 nights under any circumstances.
