Neighborhood is secure, quiet and well maintained with trails and walkways that connect you to the lovely community amenities. Nature lovers will be thrilled with mountain views and opportunities to observe native and migrating wildlife from private pool deck. Don't forget your binoculars, cameras and field guides!
A community trail runs behind our home for our avid hikers and bikers. Home's location is perfect for hiking the Superstition Mountains, golfing at Gold Canyon Golf Courses or sightseeing at Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Additional local attractions include Usery Mountain Regional Park, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale and Gilbert Riparian Preserve. Restaurants, museums, shopping and a freeway system that takes you wherever you want to go are a short drive from the neighborhood. Home is also ideally located for you to enjoy our Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace.

The kitchen has everything the chef needs to create culinary masterpieces. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your gourmet roast. The dining area's ambiance is enhanced by large windows and sensational views.
The den adjacent to the entrance foyer has a queen sleeper sofa that provides a private place to relax or additional sleeping quarters as needed. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The primary suite includes a king bed, television and view of pool and mountains. Primary bath is elegant and features a sumptuous garden tub, glass walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks with mirrors. A generous designer walk-in closet accommodates personal wardrobe and accessories.
Second and third bedrooms have queen beds and televisions. Second bath has dual vanity sinks and a newly remodeled tub/shower combination. ALL bedrooms as well as the great room and den have ceiling fans.
A separate laundry room with family-size appliances helps you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Door in laundry room leads to the garage with space to store two vehicles plus golf clubs and other recreational gear. There is parking for 2 additional vehicles on the driveway.

The appeal of this home continues when you step onto back patio and see the gorgeous custom pool with optional heating and waterfall. The patio has a covered area for shade and is furnished for relaxing or dining. A bar has been added with perfect seating for toasting the magnificent view and 5 star experience.
The backyard is an oasis of amenities and spectacular landscapes! A nature trail runs adjacent to the back of property and offers possible glimpses of Road Runners, Burrowing Owls, Javelinas or the occasional Bobcat.
A heated community pool and spa are a short walk from home if you long to socialize with the neighbors. Community area also has shaded gathering places with table seating for eating, games or friendly conversations.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
The pool heating fee is $55.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
